ABOUT LANCE REICHENBERGER
Lance Reichenberger is the President and founder of Trinity Networx, LLC. He has been involved in the computer industry since 1983 when his first paid job was to add a mouse to IBM PC AT (WOW that old). From that day forward, Lance has been immersed in computers, networking and developing ways to use the computer to become more productive. Lance was known as the “IT Cleaner” as his experience, training, grew after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University and being recruited out of a software manufacturer in Pasadena, California to join a team of IT Innovators to travel to Hong Kong China and help streamline and repair the Chinese Government infrastructure. This included bringin them the abilities of high speed internet. Lance spend approximately 8 months traveling back and for the between Los Angeles, California and Hong Kong, Qingdau, Shanghai and Beijing China. Once back solidly in the states, Lance was recruited by Southern California Edison as a contract to help migrate systems and software to new platforms in the wake of power deregulation.
Many years went by and Lance developed new ways to repair or fix IT insfrature problems amongst his peers and local companies until 2004, when he met his wife Nicole whom eventually led him to the Saving knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Lance began to look at organizations and companies from a new perspective. He was noticing all the improprieties of IT companies and the overcharging of their services. Lance was able to complete a job in a third the time and half the money. He was again recruited as CTO of multi-million dollar HVAC company spanning California, Nevada, and Arizona. During his tenure he built a network and infrastructure that would rival fortune 500 organization and a team that was able to catapult this organization to new heights. It was here that Lance was lead to become a better leader and not be complacent with the gifts he was given. Lance began a Master of Arts program at Biola University in Organization Leadership. Half way through his studies it became apparent that the Lord wanted to move him. His eyes were opened to the corporate scrutiny and did not like to work int he “grey” area. He resigned and Trinity Networx, LLC was born. Lance received his Master’s of Organizational Leadership in 2010.
Lance is a family man and loves serving the Lord. He is blessed to have his crown, Nicole and his 2 daughters Bailey and Devon. The three of them are the apple of his eye.
