Lance Reichenberger

CEO / President / Founder

Lance discovered his gifting in all-things technology when he was 11 years old. His father, Joseph, purchased a Timex Computer which was nothing more than a keyboard. To use it one would have to enter BASIC commands to have any functionality. He began to learn the logic of coding. Next was the Commodore 64 and all the peripherals over time. In 1983 he was introduced the IBM AT (No Math Coprocessor), he began taking this machine apart, adding memory, installing a mouse and a 1200 baud modem. This was his true start into computer repair, upgrades and operating system installation and troubleshooting.

Lance graduated from Loyola Marymount Univeristy in 1998 with a BA in Politcal Science with a minor in Business and Computer Science. He immdiately began to work in the software development and support field, whicle still maintaining his loyal friends and family who he would continue to be their personal PC Support technician.

Lance excelled through the ranks in IT and ultimately accepted a position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a Fortune 1000 Plumbing and HVAC company building and developing a large IT staff at the organizations 5 locations in three states. As he continued to build this IT department he noticed that he could begin to be proactive in IT (unheard of until now) by placing remote monitors on devices, checking hardware, software, connectivity, etc. while implementing a trouble ticket system to ensure his teams and the employees accountability.

Lance left the CTO position in 2008 and to begin his entrepreneurial drive towards success.

As a believer in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, Lance recognized his true calling was to serve and started to transform the IT industry into a field that serves its clients, becomes part of their team and grows together--Trinity Networx, LLC was born.

Lance graduated Biola University in 2010 with a Masters in Organizational Leadership. He currently is a PhD Candidate at Regent University pursuing further expertise in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Entrprenurial leadership.
