CEO / President / Founder
Lance discovered his gifting in all-things technology when he was 11 years old. His father, Joseph, purchased a Timex Computer which was nothing more than a keyboard. To use it one would have to enter BASIC commands to have any functionality. He began to learn the logic of coding. Next was the Commodore 64 and all the peripherals over time. In 1983 he was introduced the IBM AT (No Math Coprocessor), he began taking this machine apart, adding memory, installing a mouse and a 1200 baud modem. This was his true start into computer repair, upgrades and operating system installation and troubleshooting.
Lance graduated from Loyola Marymount Univeristy in 1998 with a BA in Politcal Science with a minor in Business and Computer Science. He immdiately began to work in the software development and support field, whicle still maintaining his loyal friends and family who he would continue to be their personal PC Support technician.
Lance excelled through the ranks in IT and ultimately accepted a position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a Fortune 1000 Plumbing and HVAC company building and developing a large IT staff at the organizations 5 locations in three states. As he continued to build this IT department he noticed that he could begin to be proactive in IT (unheard of until now) by placing remote monitors on devices, checking hardware, software, connectivity, etc. while implementing a trouble ticket system to ensure his teams and the employees accountability.
Lance left the CTO position in 2008 and to begin his entrepreneurial drive towards success.
As a believer in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, Lance recognized his true calling was to serve and started to transform the IT industry into a field that serves its clients, becomes part of their team and grows together--Trinity Networx, LLC was born.
Lance graduated Biola University in 2010 with a Masters in Organizational Leadership. He currently is a PhD Candidate at Regent University pursuing further expertise in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Entrprenurial leadership.

Jesse, an Angeleno, has had a passion for all thing’s tech since his early teenage years. Building PC’s and fixing his family’s internet (restarting the router) were signs of an IT guru in the making. Coming from a 5-year tech customer service background, Jesse enjoys the people aspect of IT the most. Although IT is his passion, his love lies in space!! Space-time to be exact. From the SpaceX falcon 9 rocket to the discovery of an expanding universe, he takes it all in with relish. Jesse does have an additional passion when preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and configuring are done for the day, he puts on a headset and gets ready for...gaming! Jesse is a hard-core gamer who enjoys the strategy and intensive nature of PC gaming.
Additionally, you would not know it at first sight, but Jesse is the proud owner of a hot pepper garden. He grows anything from jalapenos to yellow southern peppers. If there are two things you can count on Jesse to do is fix your network and give you the hottest peppers around. Although not a common combination of skills, but this is what makes Jesse a great addition to the team—well rounded.
Barry Cavener joined Trinity Networx after working as the IT liaison (among many other things) for a large NPO for the last 17 years. His experience in dealing with managed service providers, copier suppliers, and all different varieties of tech vendors, has given Barry a unique point of view when it comes to IT sales. This has allowed Barry an inside look into the way a large organization makes their IT decisions, and in turn has helped him to approach sales with a different mentality than most sales people in the industry. Barry’s goal as a member of the Trinity team is to help businesses grow through technology by walking them through the process of deciding the services that best fit their needs.
Barry has been married for 22 years and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, playing music, drawing, and gardening.
